Paying an invoice from your wallet

Invoices are paid from your wallet balance.
How to pay
Open Billing and select the invoice.
If your wallet balance covers the total, choose to pay. The payment is recorded straight away, the invoice shows as paid and a receipt is generated.
If your balance is too low, the payment is declined and nothing is deducted. Add money to your wallet first, then pay.
Team members can pay invoices if their role allows it (Account Manager or Billing Admin). Other payment arrangements — such as bank transfer against an invoice or account terms — are handled by your account contact; see Accepted payment methods.
