Understanding your ZargoLogix invoice

Billing & Payments
3 min read Updated August 2026

Your ZargoLogix invoice (reference ZINV-2026-00042) mirrors the itemised breakdown you saw in your quote — freight charge, surcharges, handling, customs brokerage and any optional services — so nothing on it should be a surprise.

What to check

  • Your shipment reference or tracking number, which should match the shipment the invoice relates to
  • The service level and any add-ons you selected (for example insurance or priority handling)
  • Duties and taxes, if applicable — billed at the amount actually assessed by customs, which can differ slightly from any pre-shipment estimate
If actual chargeable weight differed from the estimate at booking (common with air freight, where final weight is confirmed at origin), your invoice reflects the verified weight.

Where to find your invoices

Account customers can view invoices, see their outstanding balance and download PDFs under Billing in the Client Portal, and pay them from the wallet — see Paying an invoice. If you don't have portal access, your account contact will send your invoices to you.
