How to book a shipment online
Quotes & Booking
3 min read Updated August 2026
You can book through the Booking page — no account needed, and you don't have to request a quote first.
The booking flow
Route & Cargo. Choose the mode (Air Freight, Ocean FCL, Ocean LCL, Road FTL, Rail Freight or Cold Chain), origin, destination, ship date, and describe the cargo with its weight and declared value. Add an HS code, temperature requirement or dangerous-goods class if they apply.
Customer & Delivery. Say whether you're booking as a business or an individual, enter sender and consignee details, the delivery address and how the cargo will be collected.
Services & Payment. Pick a service level (Economy, Standard or Express), add-ons such as customs clearance, priority handling or insurance, and a payment method (bank transfer, or invoice for account customers).
Review. Check the summary and the estimated charges, then submit.
Sender and consignee email are both required so we can send confirmations and delivery notifications to the right people at both ends.
What happens after you submit
You get a booking reference (format ZBK-2026-00042) on screen and a confirmation email.
Our team reviews every online booking before it is confirmed. The consignee is contacted only after your booking has been approved.
Once approved, your tracking number (ZLG followed by 11 digits) is issued and you can track the shipment.
The charges shown while booking are an estimate; your final charges follow your quote and invoice. Prefer to book by phone or email? A specialist can complete the same booking for you — see Contact.
