How to request a freight quote
Quotes & Booking
3 min read Updated August 2026
You can request a freight quote in a few minutes through the Request a Quote page — no account required. The page shows an indicative estimate as you type; a logistics specialist then reviews your request personally and sends a firm quote.
What you'll need
- Origin and destination (city/port/airport level is enough to start)
- Preferred transport mode, or let your specialist recommend one
- Cargo weight, plus dimensions, packaging and number of units where you have them
- Commodity description (this affects customs handling and, for regulated goods, which certifications apply)
- Target ship date and any delivery deadline
Response time: Freight quote requests are answered within 2 business hours during our operating hours (Mon–Fri 07:00–22:00, Sat–Sun 08:00–18:00 PST).
After you submit
Your specialist may follow up with questions — particularly for dangerous goods, oversized cargo or unusual trade lanes — before finalising a rate. The firm quote is emailed to you with a reference such as ZQT-2026-00042 and a validity window. To go ahead, reply to your specialist or book directly — see How to book a shipment online.
